House 90 is a large cottage, currently in the process of being faced with clinker tiles. Built of brick and monolithic cement on a 15 – hectare site. The house is composed of three storeys, with an extension kitchen and a garage. All communications are centralized and functioning. The cottage is built as an expanded version of the “Olivia” project. It contains 6 bedrooms, 5 sanitary units, home cinema, sauna and hammam (Turkish bath). The location of the house is unique: it is in the completed part of the settlement and close to the large village pond and park, with delightful neighbours. All that remains to be done are finishing touches, and the house will be ready for occupation by a large family.
